Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Visit our Exchange page to start an exchange instead of a refund.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
