We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Exceptions

Sale items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
